Returns (European Union)
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Candles or wax melts that have been used, burned, melted, or handled cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

Candles that have been burned or used

Wax melts if the box has been opened or the melts have been handled

Personalised or made-to-order items, including special labels, collaborations, or large custom batches

Gift cards

Sale items
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
How to start a return
To request a return, please email ateliervanbelle@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
